Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation Rinat Gizatulin has sent an official letter to the Organizing Committee of the Forum, in which he has informed about the participation by Head of Department of state policy and regulation in the sphere of environmental protection under Ministry of natural resources and environment of Russia Svetlana Urmanova, who will make a speech on the topic: «Prospects of introduction of technological rationing on the basis of the best available technologies: legislative and institutional aspects», and about the participation by Deputy Director of Department for state policy and regulation in the sphere of environment protection of MNR of Russia Victoria Venchikova as moderator and keynote speaker of the round table: «Social and ecological business responsibility».
