On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum «RosPromEco» I congratulate everyone who has casted in his fate lot with energy, and members of their families, as well as all those who, one way or another, cooperates with the enterprises of this important life-sustaining industry, with the Power Engineers' Day.
In the modern global energy system a key role of Russia is difficult to overestimate, as well as the unique role of the energy industry in the national economy. A key strategic objective for the coming years for Russia will be a successful adaptation to the massive changes taking place in the world power engineering and resource conservation, as well as in the field of prevention and reduction of negative impacts on environment.
Resolving these complex tasks involves new understanding of the occurring in the world energy complex processes, the adoption of large-scale investment decisions on the basis of the updated national Energy strategy and a new level of consolidated efforts of society, business and government in support of sustainable development.
In this regard, I would like to thank our partners and participants the Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum «RosPromEco» for their decent work, devotion to the professional principles and contribution to our joint social project.
