The questions of the organization of a stable system of financing projects aimed at the development of “green economy” will be considered at the plenary session “Financial Models and Mechanisms for Sustainable Development of the Regions of Russia and Near Abroad” in the framework of the Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum “RosPromEco-2014”.
In the framework of the plenary session, the Forum participants will discuss experiences, best practices and the development of organizational and financial mechanisms and financial instruments to attract private institutional investments for sustainable development of the Regions of Russia.
To participate in the plenary session are invited the representatives of the Federation Council and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the JSC Bank of Foreign Economic Activity (VneshEconomBank), the OJSC Savings Bank of the Russian Federation (Sberbank), the CJSC Leader, pension funds, the project of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) / the Global Ecological Fund (GEF)– the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation (00077026) and the International Finance Corporation.
