The round table «Ecological modernization of sewerage system infrastructure in order to prevent pollution of water objects» will be discussed within the Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum and Exhibition «RosPromEco-2014».
The key ways of ecological modernization within the sewerage system infrastructure enhancement of reliability of water and wastewater systems; reduction of water losses; improvement of drinking water quality; reduction of negative impact on the environment and increase the quality of wastewater treatment; energy conservation.
In the framework of the round table issues of improving the Russian legislation (concession PPP, corporatization) and normative documents in the provision of the Federal law from 07th December, 2011 № 416-FZ of 28th December, 2013) «On water supply and water disposal» will be considered.
The round table participants will discuss the implementation experience of best available techniques (BAT) in the field of wastewater treatment, completeness and integrity of the approaches to the introduction of BAT (pumps, blowers, aerators, mixers, crushers, end seals, devices for clearing and disinfection of natural and waste water and other equipment for wastewater treatment plants, hydroelectric power stations and industrial enterprises) at domestic enterprises.
According to the results of the «round table» the resolution containing recommendations to the Russian authorities in the part of improving legal framework and the formation of the information-technical manuals on best available techniques in the field of sewerage will be prepared.
