Agriculture is one of the fundamental branches of the Russia’s economy. The peculiarity of the agricultural sector functioning is the fact that the technologies influence on biological objects: soil, flora and fauna. That is especially actual implementation of resource-saving technologies in these new manufactures. Key environmental issues in the agricultural and agro-industrial complex are the generation of «difficult-for-processing» waste, and low use of secondary material and energy resources.
The round table participants will discuss the possibilities to ensure the balance between approaches on the basis of further intensification within the agricultural sector and approaches based on the restoration of ecosystem services, will discuss the directions of perfection of normative-legal base for stimulation of introduction of resource - and energy-saving technologies and involvement into the economic turnover of waste generated in agriculture and the agro-industrial complex. They will be informed with progressive technologies.
According to the «round table» results the resolution containing recommendations to the state authorities in the part of improving the legal base and methodologies for the formation the informational and technical manuals on the best available technologies for agriculture and the agro-industrial complex will be prepared.
