The Director of the CJSC Non-Governmental Pension Fund Promagrofund, one of the largest and most reliable pension funds of the State, Olga Sergeyevna Bulantseva will report at the plenary session of the II Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum “RosPromEco-2014” “Financial Models and Mechanisms for Sustainable Development of the Regions of Russia”.
In the specified meeting is scheduled to participate the representatives of the Council of Federation and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Foreign Economic Activity (Vnesheconombank, VEB), the OJSC Savings Bank of Russia (Sberbank Rossii), the CJSC Asset Management Company Leader (Lider), non-governmental pension funds, the project of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) / the Global Ecological Fund (GEF)– the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation (00077026).
During the plenary session, the participants will discuss the application experience and problems of the development of organizational and financial mechanisms and financial instruments in purpose to attract private institutional investments to implement the strategy for sustainable development of the territory of Russia.
