The Head of the Department of Industrial Ecology of the OJCT Novolipetsk Steel Aleksandr Ivanovich Kononov will take part in the activities of the business program of the Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum “RosPromEco-2014”.
Reducing the negative impact on the environment is the result of the planned investment activity of the OJSC NLMK. In 2013 were implemented a number of major projects, which reduce the negative impact of the industrial activity on the environment. The investments of the OJSC NLMK in the projects of technical upgrading that provide environmental effect amounted to $134 mln in 2013. Total investments in the environmental projects for the period 2009-2013 amounted to $651 mln.
