Within the framework of the II Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum “RosPromEco-2014” will be held the round table “Resource conservation and involvement of waste into economic turnover”, in the framework of which will be considered the questions of improvement of legal and regulatory framework in the field of economic stimulation of introduction of low waste and resource saving technologies, re-involvement of waste in economic circulation, the use of secondary resources and advanced technologies to eliminate oil sludge dumps and ash disposals, reclamation of oil contaminated lands.
The participants of the “round table” will discuss the proposals to amend the Federal Law of 24.06.1998 Nr. 89-FL “On production and consumption waste”; the possible changes in the composition of the permitting documents in the field of waste management; the questions of certification of waste; best available resource saving technologies in the field of waste management; prospects for the use of secondary resources to resource conservation.
Following the results of the “round table” will be prepared the resolution containing recommendations to the Russian authorities in the part of improvement of legal and regulatory framework and the formation of information and technical manuals on best available techniques in the field of waste involvement into economic turnover.
