The First Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Federation Committee for Agriculture and Food Policy and Environmental Management Sergey Vladimirovich Belousov will deliver a report at the plenary session of the II Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum “RosPromEco-2014”.
During the plenary session, its participants will discuss the questions of ecological modernization of the Russian economy in the aspect of the concept of sustainable development, including – the application experience and the problems of development of organizational and financial mechanisms, and financial instruments in order to attract private institutional investments to implement the strategy of sustainable development of the territories of Russia.
