In the framework of the II Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum “RosPromEco-2014” chaired by the President of the Forum, the Member of the Council under the Chairman of the Council of the Russian Federation for Agro Industrial Complex and Environmental Management was held the plenary session “Ecological modernization and financial models for sustainable development of the Regions of Russia”.
During the meeting were discussed the legislative aspects of implementation of the concept of sustainable development, the role of the environmental factor in the stimulation of the economic growth, state and private partnership on the basis of concession and other mechanisms for the implementation of specific programs for the sustainable development of economic and social infrastructure in Russia as a whole and its Regions.
