The focus of the participants of the “round table” on the topic “Ecological modernization of the Russian economy on the basis of the best available technologies’ was on the question about the introduction in the Russian Federation the innovative technologies that allow to prevent and eliminate damage to the environment as a result of the economic activity.
The participants of the “round table” discussed: the legislative regulation of introducing the best available technologies (BAT) at the Russian enterprises; creation of the BAT directories; the resource saving and the best available technologies at the industry enterprises, agricultural and agro-industrial complex.
Particular attention was paid to the standardization of the technical rationing on the basis of the BAT, the analysis of the European experience of development of the BAT directories and their introduction, the features of application of the BAT principle to the technological rationing of the treatment facilities of settlements, the resource saving technologies of production and use of industrial seals.
