A delegation of the Penza Oblast Administration headed by Sergey Hazov, deputy minister – head of natural resources and ecology management at the Ministry of forest, hunting sector and environment management of the Penza Oblast will participate in the events of the III Russian industrial ecology forum RosPromEco-2015, as stated by Hazov in an official letter to the forum’s Organization Committee.
