Housing and public utilities objects financing based on government and private partnership via mechanisms of concession issues will be discussed within the practical session for entities of the RF representatives «Experience and perspectives of organizing of housing and public utilities objects financing based on government and private partnership via mechanisms of concession» planned for the III Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum «RosPromEco-2015». The event will take place on 10th November 2015 with active support from the National association of concessioners and long term infrastructure investors (NACLI).
Participants of the practical session will discuss effectiveness improvement issues related to waste treatment and water supply and disposal systems, based on mechanisms of concession.
Special attention will be devoted to examining the gained experience in housing and public utilities object exploitation based on concessions, perspectives of expansion of the best practices of such project financing based on mechanisms of state and private partnership, ways of solving the issue of information and methodical supply of regions aimed at attracting investment resources to housing and public utility infrastructure modernization.
Each session participant will be presented with a set of presentations, cases and recommendations on best homeland experience application within organizing of financing of communal infrastructure based on concessions in Russia’s regions as hand-out material.
