Deputy minister of natural resources and ecology of the Russian Federation Rinat Rinatovich Gizatulin sent an address of greeting to RosPromEco-2015 Forum participants, in which he noted that improvement of environmental regulations aimed at sustainable development of the Russian Economy is the prior task the recently adopted Federal Law starting 29.12.2014 N 458-АД «On implementation of changes to the Federal Law «On industrial and consumption waste», on separate legislative acts of the Russian Federation and acknowledgement by separate repealed legislative acts (appendixes to legislative acts) of the Russian Federation».
R.R. Gizatulin underlined that «new possibilities provided by this law may be effectively realized only under the conditions of consolidation of intellectual potential of science, the economy, civil community, legislative and executive power» and confirmed the Ministry of Environment of the RF willingness to actively participate in discussion of business of the day of the Russian industrial and environmental forum «RosPromEco-2015».
In conclusion, R.R. Gizatulin wished forum participants substantial discussions and productive work.
