Within the III Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum RosPromEco-2015, chaired by the head of the Center of technical policy and modernization of public utilities at Non-Commercial Partnership «GKH Razvitie», coordinator of the technical working group of TRG10 Bureau NDT, Dmitry Danilovich, the «Relations of centralized water disposal system recipients, the state and water channels in disposal of wastewater: legislative and practical aspects» plenary discussion took place.
Within the discussion participants discussed perspectives for improving the legislation on recipients’ waste dumps and water channel regulation, amendments by the Government of the Russian Federation into the federal law N 386179-6 «On implementation of amendments into the Federal Law «On water supply and disposal» and some legislative acts of the Russian Federation» project and necessary amendments into the «Rules of cold water supply and disposal».
