Within the III Russian Industrial and Environmental Forum RosPromEco-2015, chaired by Svetlana Bic – executive director of the National association of concessioners and long-term infrastructure investors (NACLI), the «Experience and perspectives for organizing public utilities objects financing based on state and private partnership via mechanisms of concession» practical session for subjects of the Russian Federation representatives took place.
Within the session participants were presented with a review of the best practices on financing the communal infrastructure in the area of waste handling, water supply and disposal based on mechanisms of concession available in Russia’s regions;
Special attention was devoted to determining perspective directions of financing the communal infrastructure in Russia’s regions.
Each session participant had been provided with a set of presentations, cases and recommendations on applying the best domestic experience of organizing communal infrastructure financing based on concessions in the subjects of the Russian Federation.
