Participation Terms

FORMS OF PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION FEES

Application for Forum’s participation (download the registration form in MS WORD format) must complete and submit to the working group of the Organizing Committee till the 2th of Desember, 2014. Please, fill in the form using capitals.

Forum’s Participation– 20000 RUB.

Participant's registration fee covers:

• Participation in the Forum’s events;
• Simultaneous interpretation service of official languages (Russian/English);
• A file with Forum participant’s documents;
• Participation in the official reception, coffee-breaks and stand-up buffets events
• Participation in the official reception, coffee-breaks and stand-up buffets the events
• Company information layout in the official catalogue of the Forum.

Participant guarantees and is responsible for the correctness of the data mentioned in the registration form.

Prices are excluding VAT 18%

 CONDITIONS OF DISCOUNTING, REPLACEMENT OF PARTICIPANT AND CANCELLATION OF FORUM PARTICIPATION

10% discount per a participant for 3 and more participants from 1 firm/organization.

50% discount per participant to the companies-exhibitors of "RosPromEco" Exhibition.

Replacement of the participant is allowednot later than Desember 2, 2014. Administrative tax at a rate of 30% of registration fee will be deducted in case of cancellation of participationbefore November 24, 2014. No refund in case of cancellation of participationafter November 24, 2014.

Replacement or cancellation of participation must be confirmed only by written notification addressed to the Working Group of the Forum Organizing committee.
